Location: the hotel was next to Saumur and Chinon and the tram. The rooms were exceptionally clean with a single and a double bed and the beds were exceptionally comfortable...
The staff was noisy.

We have stayed there many times and recently it has been refurbished. The shower was nice and the towels clean and plentiful. The new tram stops 50 yards away and gives you access to most places in the city. The breakfasts were very nice with fresh croisantes and a good range to choose from. It is good to have someone at the front desk for much of the day and a code for the door in the evenings. The bed was also new and the bedding was cotton and lovely and clean. The price is excellent too.
The new lift is meant for 280k and should fit 2 people and bags but doesn'T. You have to keep your finger on the button as you travel and if not the lift can stop between floors which is scarry! It is far too small and temperamental too. It looks very expensive, but just is not suitable. Also as you travel upwards there is separate internal door to stop you coming up against the edges of each floor as you go past and I would not be happy taking a child into it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and looked very upscale for the price.
The shower is tiny and the bed was a bit uncomfortable =(

Loved the layout of the king room with both a single and a double bed upon arrival, and the central location near attractions and the historic center. Rewritten: I really liked the setup of the room with both a single and a double bed when we got here and how close it is to attractions and the historic center.

Excellent value for money. Nothing flash just a simple, clean, compact room with en suite and tv. Good location - plenty of car parking spaces close by.

Friendly and helpful owner, who made us very welcome. Great location, just a short walk from the centre and very easy to find in the car. Parking was easy and a bonus. Room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and very quiet. We were on motorcycles, and the hotel offers secure underground parking.

The hotel is in a great location, so close to a very vibrant nightlife and quite near the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious, even larger than expected. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom is a good size and the shower works well. The breakfast is delicious with a flexible schedule. Free internet is available and the heating is good.
The hotel should provide "do not disturb" signs for guests who prefer to sleep in late.

The breakfast was really good (specially the croissants). The room was very comfortable and the locations was 10min walk to the center. It is easy to car park near to the hotel and the price is cheaper than in the center.
The lift was small, but enough for us.
